RETURN& EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return an item 14 days after you receive it. If 14 days have gone by since you receive the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Please contact us at info@bodoni.shop if you wish to return or exchange an item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Our return address is located in Kent, England. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered. We will not issue refunds for items that were lost on the way back to us. 
 

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items, and are refunded back to your original payment method.
